'PITCHER OF ROSES' OIL ON LINEN 16 X 20
WELL, I'VE BEEN PAINTING SOME SMALL PIECES AND FIND THAT THEY ARE MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE LARGER ONES. I STARTED THREE OVER THE WEEKEND BUT NONE WILL BE FINISHED UNTIL TUESDAY I AM GUESSING. THE CHALLENGE IS TO PUT THE RIGHT COLORS IN THE RIGHT PLACES TO BEGIN WITH AND NOT TO MEDDLE WITH THEM AFTERWARD....NOT SO EASY FOR ME. ANYWAY AM POSTING A 16 X 20 THAT IS AND OIL ON STRETCHED LINEN AND READY TO FIND A NEW HOME. UNTIL TOMORROW

WEDNESDAY
Well, it's been over a week since I posted any new work..although there is some. I delivered a show last tuesday and the opening was friday. My brother was in town and my daughter got sick and is still in bed. SO.. I painted this little one at home yesterday with a limited amount of paint and a white that was so dried out it was like caulk. Anyway, there may be changes to ROSE after I take it to the studio today, if so I will post a new photo. Oh, did I mention that kitchen is halfway torn out for new cabinets and boxes are everywhere and I really dislike messes. So living in the sty for a couple of more weeks.
thanks for looking
